What is this and in what hub does it come so I can get anotherone

Unfortunately it’s a cheap hub that’s used axle converters as part of its driver shim, gotta say I’ve not seen one like it as such, which is why spares won’t be an easy find. Was it on a complete model of bmx or bought separately?
