a wounded Russian soldier signaled to the Drone operator that he hoped to have a cigarette in his last moments when the Ukrainian drone found this Russian soldier with a leg injury he was hiding in the woods when the Drone approached the soldier put two fingers to his mouth and pointed at the Drone expressing his wish to have a cigarette with his actions he took out a cigarette from his pocket and tried to light it but his nervousness prevented him from succeeding then he took out another cigarette from the cigarette case again after many attempts he finally lit it while smoking his eyes were fixed on the Drone this may be due to his Serious injury or because he realized that the Drone in the air could end his life at any time at the end of the video the Drone Dropped a Bomb above him the smoke from the explosion quickly spread and obscured his figure his ultimate fate thus became unclear [Music]

  1. There are a lot of bs videos that just make stuff up.
Having seen Ukrainian army treat prisoners with surprising dignity I would be upset and disappointed if this is how events truly unfolded in this instance

  2. You ever notice how the Ukrainian drone operators go after personnel and how the Russian drone operators go after expensive equipment and ultimately allowing the soldiers to leave and flee?

  3. Unfortunately the Russians are just as bad dog eat dog i guess sorry if people dont like to hear it… at least he was granted that last cigarette.. do you think a Russian drone operator would have given that last right?

  4. "A prisoner of war is a man who tries to kill you and fails, and then asks you not to kill him" – W. Churchill. It's OK to transform a ruzzian orc into a good Russian 😉

  5. All yall talking about it being a war crime i dont care really its about humanity and empathy how can you look at person in the eyes and end him when he isnt even armed and is injured… this is why the russian army will skin alive every drone operator and sniper they capture

  6. It's just male disposability.
Imagine the same video but a woman asking for a final cigarette before being blown to pieces by a drone.
The world would stop. The video would be on every news outlet. The UN would intervene to stop the conflict immediately. People the world over would demand it.
But men? It's all good to keep women comfortable.
    Get used to it.

  7. inn ww2 a german messerschmitt pilot escorted an american bomber which engines didn't work anymore correctly, and the pilot struggled to fly this thing stable. instead of shooting it down, the german pilot flew next to the bomber so that the flak gunners didn't shot the bomber down. both pilots survived and became friends decades later. thats heroism, not killing an injured soldier…

  8. I find it extremely haunting watching a mans last moments facing death, even with courage and dignity. We have to remember that's somebody's son. I know its war, but I really wished he had surrendered, and this story had a happier ending 😢

  9. Where are those "researchers of warcrimes" when Ukrainian farmers in Kherson are targeted? Where were they when 25 russian-speaking old men and women from Donbas were killed in the Yarove village? Of course, they will say it's all invented by CNN and warmongers and videos in russian telegram channels are all AI and insinuation, as well as the evidence on place.
But of course, a poor Russian armed soldier being wounded (in Russia defending his country? Not really) is the only one we shall take attention on, those Ukrainian civilians are all a project of CIA and they are all hollograffic, do not dare believing those warmonger medias!

  10. Man I'm pro Ukraine all day but using drones to finish off enemies is not right even Russians for the vast majority anyway deserve mercy this is no different than bombing a field hospital or shooting a medic or chaplain jury because you're not there personally does not change what you just did wars war but drones make it to easy to act like the waffen ss or the Japanese in ww2

  11. Поэтому украинских ,натовских операторов Дронов ,в плен не берут .И плевать на женевскую конвенцию .

  12. Some people talk about how rules of war are stupid and do not matter anymore but you could not be mire wrong. Even in the most intensive and deadly conflict of the world, eastern front ww2, nobody used poison gas and such banned weapons. It does matter even if the steps are small

  13. yes it might be a warcrime or they just let him out of his misery. he was left there to die. assuming he was in area where ukranians were unable to go and evacuate him and russian's would have already done the evacuation if they wanted to. so what i think is that this was merciful thing to do.

  14. Why not just let him go. It literally won’t change anything or benefit them in anyway but granting grace and mercy for another life is allowing something very big to go on but instead he rather just yank his life just because. That’s a psychopath.

  15. This war is politics from both side barking at each other because they didn't devide money between each but finding others to by which's hands and lives to fight for these money

  16. Is it the natural lighting or is he pale from the blood loss?

He seems to be in a semi-euphoric state.

Perhaps his last reserves of adrenaline are allowing him to maintain a seemingly “normal” level of motor skills too.
