They appear to be non branded inexpensive bike wheels, hence the huge made in China label on them. They have the plastic protective guard behind the cassette (standard on cheaper bikes, do not come with expensive bikes). Those are non after market tires so likely the same tires that came on bike. Not worth much of anything
Iirc Giant had an xct model or three
They’re a basic alloy wheel set that would have come stock on a Giant mountain bike
