As best I can tell this looks like a specialized rockhopper expert 2021 but please correct me if I'm wrong.
As you can see it needs a new chain, grips, front brake and rotor. Thats gonna cost me about a hundred bucks?
My idea is to offer up 250, bring a chain and install it to give it a quick test ride, and then add the rest.
Thoughts?
If yes, im also open to your recommendations on parts to buy. Don't go fancy im going for really budget here if that wasnt obvious.

200 max for a bike in that condition. Could be hot.
