Hello, so I bought a spring expert mtb bike about 3 weeks ago and it started to make this grinding sound ( sound in video),
context:
The sound only happens when the bike has some weight to is( aka me riding) and it starts about 5min after riding it.
Never been on a accident or on any rough terrain,
Was out in the rain once
If anybody know what the problem is would you please let me know
Ps. I had it serviced but it just became worse

Yikes, can you tell where the sound is coming from? My guess would be either the bottom bracket or the freehub.

Unless the chain is hitting the tire as it turns, it’s something in the hub assembly. I say that because you stopped pedaling but the noise stayed. How well does it spin freely compared to the front? Any side to side or up and down play?
I wouldn’t ride that put it upside down and take a look in daylight
