If it’s carbon the frame is trash. Anything else it can be welded but it looks like carbon.

Head tubes take a lot of stress. So repair is technically possible, but imo it’s not worth it as failure is likely to happen again and again. It’s not worth risking your teeth

It NEVER makes sense to repair an aluminum frame. If you weld the crack, it will need to heat treated afterwards and that whole adventure would cost you at least as much as a new frame. Recycle it.

Aluminium can be welded but you would then need to get the entire frame re heat treated and then repainted for which the costs of the welding plus that would be a good bit more than a new frame

It almost never makes sense to repair cracks unless you have access to a frame buider and a steel or ti frame.
Also, its often just more economical, unfortunately, to buy a new frame.

It’ll probably cost more to have someone fix that then it will to replace the frame.
