Please no "get a real bike"s, everyone has a budget. The bianchi has got a better geometry and is newer and probably better taken care of. The Whistle got much better specs overall, but a year or two older than the bianchi. Prices are similar.

Bianchi, but I’m a bit biased. I think they are the most beautiful bicycles in the world and have and do own a couple.
