looking to buy a new bike how worth it is this ORBEA Rallon M-LTD, XL, 29 for $3,100. It does have a scuff on the back (see last pic). Also i think its a 2021. Some specs down

Size XL comes with some discounts because there’s not as much demand. Look up Kona Process X CR/DL Bike 2023 on Jenson’s website and you’ll get a sense of what you can get brand new in this price range (call them and you can probably get another 5% off).
With that said, personally I might pay $2300 for this? But other people will value the higher end group set over the piece of mind of a warranty on all the parts and no unknown history.
I’d ask when the last time the dropper, shock, and fork have been serviced and adjust down if it’s been a long while/never
