It’ll be fine, dry it off and lube your chain if you haven’t done so in a while.

It’s totally ok. Just don’t do it too often as it may lead to getting some rust. if u do it accidentally, just wipe the water off the stanchions with a towel and also your saddle so u don’t get your booty wet and put some lube on your chain cuz it probably all came off

  3. Dude, mountain bikes CANNOT GET WET. They should have told you that at the bike shop when you bought it. If they didn’t, you’re entitled to bring it back for a refund

It’s not ruined. Rust is surface buildup. This can easily be cleaned, re-lubed and adjusted. It’s not new, but it’s completely fine.

  5. I will take it off your hands for free. Most people would charge to remove scrap metal. Not me.

Stop leaving bikes on your car like that you can cut through those cables with scissors if you have a few minutes and seconds if you have a real cutter. The rain won’t be an issue but theft will.

  7. These bikes are mainly intended for indoor use so it was a pretty bad idea to leave it out for the night.

That bike is toast. Soggy toast. Better to throw it out. Too dangerous to ride my friend, might bend too hard under load throwing you off. Get a new one /s
