I removed the thorns over a month ago.
But my tire still has wet spots, I washed the wheel, they reappear.
It's a Tufo Thundero + Stans NoTubes Original.
(P.S. This happened after removing and reattaching the tire.)
Any ideas?

There’s holes in your tire.
stans is good for up to 40psi. Look into silca or muc-off or whatever if going above that.
If you’re under 40psi and this is still happening, patch the tire
How old is your sealant? It loses its effectiveness after a few months and needs topping off. If it’s old enough, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s only brackish water in there at this point.
