New to biking. Do you all think this is good value? It’s a 2013 Orbea Orca for $650

This is a very decent bike. Now the pics don’t show that it’s been well taken care off (there is literally a cobweb on the crank) so will have to accept you might need a real tune up as part of your budget. Also be ready to walk away when seeing in person. Someone who lied about tune up may also not show the full details of the bike
