Hey everyone I thanks in advance for any help here. I bought a 2026 Turbo Levo Gen 4 Comp Carbon and it’s been the noisiest bike I’ve ever owned. I’ve been progressively getting rid of the rattles and creaks since I got it, but not sure what this one is. Sounds like it’s coming from the front shock or lower down near the motor (I know, not the best description). I notice it most when hitting roots, rocks, and jumps/drops.
The shop isn’t sure what it is and can’t replicate it cause all they have is a parking lot and it doesn’t make the noise until out on the trail.
Things I’ve addressed so far:
– wrapped all internal cables in foam anywhere they could contact the frame.
– tied cables together in front of headset to eliminate any slap
– wrapped front brake line in foam to avoid slapping on shock lower
– cleaned and regressed headset bearings to eliminate creak
– I’ve checked all the bolts to make sure everything’s torqued to spec
Thanks for any input in solving the mystery!

It’s gotta be cable noise, but a good pair of earbuds will make that disappear
Looks like two cables are still slapping together that aren’t wrapped in foam, that’s what it sounds like to me
If it’s not your cables, it’s your headset. The bearings might just need to be cleaned, greased, and reinstall. But I would check the bearings and replace as needed.
