2014 gambler, full 27.5". Decently kept after but also decently used, lotta beauty marks on the swingarm for example. And it has a ding in the toptube, not that bad but lowers price(see last image). Currently €680.

I want a more dh oriented bike for next year, besides my 2014 trail bike. I'm aware of how heavy this bike is, and the usuals that come with dh bikes. My question is instead whether the 14 gambler is fine, it uses more or less the same frame as the other years at that time no?
And the damage isnt too bad either, its not damaged on the side of the top tube thankfully.

Best looking paintjob of the 2014 model at least😍

A true dh bike is a wild ride. For the price if everything else is alright id buy it. Dents are fine cracks are not. Frame is probably aluminum and that has some give

Just be mindfull a dh bike is for downhill. Pedalling uphill will be your worst nightmare, they are amazing for lift parks. If you have to pedal up at all it really sucks

I rode a twisted dh bike till i blew the headtube into an egg shape. Super fun vs trail bike!! But the trail bike rolls up hills like thats its job, no lift needed

Also 27.5 is still relevant. If was 26 id pass, too old tech parts are a bit of a pain to find or expensive new
