Why "daft" and "numpty"? The cyclist is wearing bright clothes and gives a clear hand signal, and is in the correct position to turn right. The car driver is being patient and is giving the cyclist ample safety space. Perfect, or am I missing something?
Im so confused. Nothing wrong was happening here. Bike was in high visibility, turning right and on his side of the road. Peugeot was keeping back like you should, because you cant undertake.
The only issue here is that the cyclist should not have been as close to the central line. He was too close to oncoming traffic and was lucky that the red car was behind him and driving carefully instead of the impatient numpty with the camera who would have squeezed past.
