I love night riding! It’s even better in winter when there’s snow as well.
One of my favorite things is turning off my lights while climbing when the full moon is out on a clear winter night.

You seem to light everything up
Obviously you have 2 lights. Typically a flood on handlebars is great to cast shadows for terrain mapping and a helmet spot to see everywhere you look.
