My first build is finally done! 90s KTM UltraCross, converted from 3×7 to 1×9.
Made a load of mistakes, have bought the wrong parts multiple times, learned a ton! Bike rides lovely, just need to adjust the brakes because they squeal.
So now I have a bin full of extra parts, already got another frame to build one for my brother, this xbiking stuff is hella fun!
