Hey guys, got my new grail a few weeks ago. Am I to harsh expecting the frame to look cleaner at this space of the bike(like on the right side)? Or is this normal in the case of carbon prdocution?

No, that definately does not look right. Contact support to ask them what that is about.
Send it back and exchange. That’s unacceptable
Not sure if I would send the bike back only because of this…but I would definitely ask for a small refund!
