Hi all, long time biker. Had it all. Can do almost all. But since I want to use TPU tubes I have the issue of tires not sitting correct in the rim. Tire and rim in this picture are new. I never get the tire to sit correctly. I am already using a bit of soap. Any tips? I don't want to over inflate the tpu tube. Thank you on advance.

Deflated the inner tube and push the tyre off the beads with your thumbs, as if you were removing it. Use a sponge or spray bottle to liberally spray warm soapy water around the tyre. Reinflate.
This will lubricate the tyres beads and let them pop into place.
