Hello everyone, a few months ago my 2021 giant contend ar 1 got stolen and unfortunately I had to stop cycling due to the lack of money to buy a new bike. Now I have some money to spare and I would like to get back into it. I found a deal on a used (but seems to be in very good conditions) Canyon Ultimate CF SL8 from 2019. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Will i feel the upgrade from the shimano 105 of my old giant, despite the model being 2 years older?
Here’s the essential specs of the bike:
– Weight: 7.6 kg
– Groupset: Shimano Ultegra Di2 11sp, 50-34 front, 11-30 back.
– Wheels: DT Swiss P1800, 1600gr
– Tyres: Continental Grand Prix 4000s II
I’m aware this bike being a much more aggressive and “racey” than my old giant, but it’s a transition I was looking to make.
The other option I have is a Bianchi Infinito 105 12sp from 2023, €1550. Better gearing for climbing is nice, but the bike is at least 1kg heavier with a much worse wheelset.
Thank you to anyone who can help me with this decision!

Yes, DI2 really good. Change wheels to carbon wheels and u get a really competitive bike.
