I was given this Yakima bike roof carrier but it doesn't fit the aero style rails of my car. Anyone know if it can be adapted to fit? I've done some googling but haven't found a solution yet.

Email Yakima for support. The rail does look like it’s over 20, maybe 30 years old.
I think you will need to modify the front clamp with a hacksaw or angle grinder to fit your rails. The rear clamp can be replaced with one that will fit an aero bar.
