[Music] another day another ride we are in a tiny hamlet in the out provance the south of France Prem mountains and we’re going to do a little Trail called the TP tort is a trail number 15 in the D le collection Link in the description and it basically means we’re going to be connecting three tiny villages with back country and small hills Mish stuff in between the description is difficult there’s no real information about what exactly makes it difficult but it’s going to be single tracks some technical some less technical so it’s going to be a little Adventure little exploration exactly the way we like it let’s go straight out of the village we’re on a single track it’s a very promising start wow look at this landscape nice we are so far away from like the main touristy places and we’re bit out of season so I’d be very surprised if we see a lot of people if we see a lot of people today if at all [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] steep steep [Music] steep oh God uh dangerous [Music] whoa nice [Music] Spicy Cool [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this initial single track just seems to go on forever it is so incredibly clean and playful it’s so amazing that in this reasonably remote part of the valley you have such a clean Trail like normally this would require loads and loads of hikers but just this black sand St Noir stuff is so nice and grippy so clean and it was raining all day yesterday so yeah the grip is pretty much perfect today so we’re just uh really enjoying this Cruise traversing this Valley it’s wonderful wee just rly coasty pretty low speed but just fun a bit of a ruty single track climb here at the moment so bit a push a bike I know the GoPro makes everything flat but if you can tell from an n’s body position this is very steep next step is 500 M climbing on a steep gravel road but thanks to the miracle of internet video you do not need to share all of it [Music] yeah H so yeah [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] nice w this thing is another piece of History very classic classic of Europe let me just translate the French here on the 9th of the 14th of February 1944 a column of Nazis um besieged this farm and stopped uh 11 participants of a training camp for uh officers or leaders of the resistance movement and they dynamited the building they blew up the building so this little thing here was the scene of a battle between French Resistance Fighters and the German occupiers this the reason there’s Trails is because of the whole history of Agriculture and trade and the endless Wars and this makes Europe one of the best places on the planet to ride single tracks like this because endless amounts of human activity thousands of years never ceases to amaze me [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] oh branch o just is very chunky chossy we’re getting towards the end of the ride fatigue is starting to build up terrain is changing we’re back Among The Villages hit it made it and that is that for the ride we’re back at the car thanks for riding with us today if you want to see more stuff like this you know what to do give us a like give us a comment and check out the channel woo [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
