Take some pics from the outside in. All bikes look the same in a bottom bracket shell closeup.
And maybe some information like in which region /country do you live?
This Bike gives me some Schauff vibes…
Fork looks like a 1999 RS Judy (could’ve been retro-fitted but also indicates in combination with the Crank that this thing was built between 1996 and 1999)
