welcome back to one pot veggie and this is episode three garlicky lemony butter beans and this is a recipe that is absolutely perfect when you really really can’t be bothered with the day we sauté lots of garlic in a pan then add butter beans and their stock Tomatoes I don’t know why I was being so conservative with my tomatoes here add dried basil salt and pepper let everything simmer together slightly crushing the tomatoes with the back of the spoon then add a nice big spoonful of cream cheese into the mix lots and lots of lemon juice to make it Super Fresh and zingy then add a handful of chopped spinach stir everything through and I to mine with more pepper chili oil and Basel leaves enjoy

  2. Looks lovely and a good way to use the beans too plus other veges. I would use a punnet and cut in half I will try this week also with cream & pasta 🇦🇺
