Are those Vittoria terreno dry? These build up larger, they actually have the size of 40mm tires.
2 mm more is almost nothing anyways, as long as the tire is not super close to the saddle tube already, you should be fine
I mean… looks like it from that angle. Why do you even need to ask? Just check the clearance you currently have and go bigger until you can’t.
