Seems like a primary feature is the ability to quickly aim it at the dog, especially if it’s chasing you. If one is strapped to your handlebar that may require precious seconds to detach, it would be a problem.

I’m curious how these things are powered. As a commuter, dogs can sometimes be a problem too.
