Rear rack that attaches to canti bosses?

I’m looking for a solid rack that will attach to a bike with no eyelets, qr, discs, and a small suspension in the top of the seat stay. Ideally, I’d like to attach it at the axle and to the unused canti bosses. Alternative may be to get eyelets attached but prefer not to. It has to be very sturdy. Suggestions?
