New to road bikes, is this a good deal? Boardman Air 9.0

Bought an older Specialized Allez recently as an entry level bike for medium – long rides and commutes, but I've now decided to do a half IM and need something a little better than can do the distance comfortably.

Seller claims it has very low kms, listed for $850 AUD / $556 USD
