Hey everyone. I found this Dyno GT in my neighbor's bulk garbage. I'm planning to bring it back to life if there's life still in it? Where would you start and any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Here’s a better picture. Not sure why the other one didn’t post.

Sweet! The frame looks good. The rest will have to be trashed.

Service all bearings. Clean and grease if still good. New rim strips, tubes, maybe tires. New chain. Clean up rusty bits after known that it is good. If brake cables are still smooth, all good, otherwise replace and possibly housings.

Chain is no good so replace that. For the rest of it, take it all apart and soak it in a solution to derust it, take all the bearings out and clean them and put new grease. I did that with my old rusty bike and it’s running fine now.

Damn, all OG parts too. I still have my 98 Performer and 99 Speed Series xl I’ve had since purchased new up in my garage.
