Hi, so a couple things to unpack here: it’s a full XT 12 speed group, but it’s got an 11s cassette. That won’t shift properly, and there is a serious question as to why they’ve done this. I bet they had nice wheels on this bike and swapped them to something more economical. You’ll need a 12s cassette for HG drivers or a new free hub body to run microspline for this to remotely work, and that will be a bit more costly than expected. Good luck on your search!
