Got this 0 degrees 50mm stem to try and match the geometry of my gravel bike as I get back my fitness level. It may be a bit twitchy but I may not be used to it at the moment. I think the choices I have are:
Get a 0 offset seat post and a longer stem
Get a new fork so I can raise the stem higher and use a 6degree longer stem
Or just deal with it as is until I feel fitter and then lengthen the stem
What would you all do?

It’s not short, it’s just a bit cold
Not sure what are you trying to achieve, but buying a fork would be my last option. Note sure how your level of fitness relates to what stem you need. If it fits, it fits. If not, get a longer one.
I think drop bars with short stems look a bit weird and don’t ride particularly nicely, if it was me I’d either get risers or flats and try some tricks with the short stem or I would get a longer stem and keep the drops. If you keep it 0° the bars will also get a tiny bit higher the longer the stem is
These are bikefitting questions.
I almost always default to a ~140mm stem unless the frame is too long for me.
For me it feels off because It’s twitchy when im sprinting and I feel like I need more weight in the front when cornering.
Used to ride with a cinelli ant stem which is tiny. I really liked it but the reality was it was probably not long enough and I just didn’t have the knowledge to know what I was feeling for
