Was at my LBS this morning and looking at picking up a Prologo dimension NDR.
As I was about to pick it up the owner asked if my seatpost accepts carbon rails.
Does anyone know if I need different saddle clamp than the one that comes stock on a Canyon Ultimate?
I have the 2021 Canyon Ultimate CF SL (Rim brake) with a Selle Italia Saddle. Seat post on the linked bike is the same one I have.

Carbon saddle rails are typically oval whereas metal saddle rails are round, for example Fizik saddles with carbon rails are 10mm x 7mm oval. You’ll likely need a special seat clamp for oval rails. You should email canyon if they make such a thing for their seat post.
Edit: given that that seatpost clamp clamps in the vertical direction instead of from the side, you may not need a special clamp.
