[Music] The fourth edition of the tour to France EFGH Singapore Criterion. The stars of this year’s race have assembled in this great country to celebrate this year’s race. younger just on the way over to Europe. We share our main values of fighting continuing. I mean that’s the most important thing to the fans very early in the morning but it looked like you pulled some inner football skills from somewhere to win chap. Yeah, I don’t know where it got us from, but uh maybe uh from the past when I was a soccer player, but it’s useful sometimes. Three, two, one, go. You’re up against Binium Gammaray Yasper Philipsson, but also your teammate is top of the leaderboards. How much pressure are you under? Not that much. Not that much. Made it. Don’t have that much other to say. My energies, they’re done. Now I’m finishing my first year as a retired athlete as a fan of his four again here again at this incredible criterium in in Singapore. Before the race, the team presentation, 11 teams assembled to take part before the race get underway. the amateur riders with an opportunity to race around the 2 and 12 km course. Beautiful weather conditions for them and an inspirational morning. [Music] All smiles before the pro criterium. 2.4 km of racing every single lap. Enlarged this time taking them over the Anderson Bridge. 60 km in total. And before the criterium got underway, thunder and lightning and a massive storm. Luckily for the riders, right on quue, the rain starting to calm down and the 60 km, 25 laps about to start. [Music] Early attack by Domen Novak. Such a great helper of Tad Paga with the rain getting slightly worse. Tong finding out what it’s like to hang on to the wheel of a fastmoving domestique. Problem for Ben Healey of EF Education Easy Post. An early puncture takes Healey to the side of the road. Tong trying to keep the pace high, but Dom Novak shows who is the boss as he goes clear, opening up a lead behind the sprinters teams, keen to keep the pace as high as possible. 31 seconds. Primos Rogich now on the move. Back in the pelaton, Milan surrounded by his lead teammates. And with Novak’s attack cords, more riders keen to keep the acceleration going. A big move by the Singapore rider as he went clear. Afan bin Fasel, but not possible to keep this pelon at bay. They bring him back with 24.9 km of racing to go into the intermediate sprint. Bidium Gamay, Jonathan Milan. But on the right hand side, it’s Yasper Philipsson, former winner of the green jersey and the yellow jersey on day one of the tour. Yasper Philipsson takes the points this time. A big breakaway forming with some big stage winners. Heel on the front in pink. Remos Rocklitch, Ivan Romeo, then O’ Connor and Tim Wellins. [Music] Okconor. What a victory on the Podler Lo he took this year. Can the breakaway stay all the way to the finish line? Healey kicks and goes on the left hand side. Big attack of Ben Healey. He has been the most exciting rider during this year and he looks like he wants this one this afternoon. Let’s go. Looks again to see what the situation is. Are not too far behind. You know checks again. 7 seconds to the breakaway. 17 seconds to the bell for Ben Healey. But they’re bringing this back and they’re bringing it back very very fast. I feel like I’m winning and this is just the beginning. Look how quick they come back. That’s a big acceleration. The team of Albinder Kerning now the team of lead track as they start to lead this one out. 780 m to go. Minimum Gay is in there. Alsing getting set with their sprinter Yaser Phillips and Gay is on the wheel. It’s going to be a battle of the last three green jerseys of the tour to France. Careful through this left hand turn. Not too hot. Milan gets ready. Philipsson is there. Y’s won the stage on the Sha de Phips kicked off. Philips goes for the finish line. Jonathan Milan now starts to move. Jonathan Milan hits the green jersey ahead of Germay, ahead of Yasper Philipsson here in Singapore. They brought it back so quick where I was very close sprint between yourself, Binium Gay and Yasper Phillips from the last three green jersey winners of the tour to France. This will be my second last race of the year and I’m really happy to to do a nice victory here. I have to sign with the my teammates and uh yeah no pretty happy also for how we almost ended the season. The top three in this tour to France EFGH Singapore Criterium, Jonathan Milan, the green jersey of 2025, beats Binium Gamay and Yasper Philipsson. A great day of celebration of the tour in Singapore. Bye for now.
