Hard to say from afar, but that looks *very* similar to my Circus fork. You could contact Manitou to confirm the authenticity.

How much are they, and from what retailer? That should tell you everything you need to know
Suspension forks aren’t something that’s really counterfeited, especially not from a brand like Manitou as they’re less known that Rockshox or Fox. Even then, I’ve never seen fake forks. I’ve seen forks with stickers on them saying Fox or RS, but the fork themselves clearly were cheap £100 things.
Manufacturing a knock-off near-identical fork just isn’t worth the time or effort by counterfeiters
