Got this on eBay for $5k all in. Everything looks great, my LBS looked it over, but I ran the serial number today and it says it can’t be matched. Naturally I’m freaking out a little, considering there are fakes out there. I know Canyon takes forever to get back to people so any help would be appreciated. There’s of course the eBay money back guarantee but this could be a major pain in the ass. What would you do?

The e.g. they give has 14 digits whereas you put in a 15 digit number. Maybe that could be the reason?
