This reminded me SO much of my childhood (1960's, Oxfordshire) cycling the lanes of beautiful green fields and pleasant, open countryside. Oh, England.
What could be nicer than finishing with fish, chips and curry sauce (the "chippy" type I like the best)? Then all washed down with a pint of hoppy Hook Norton.

I hate it when chippies serve battered sticklebacks. How does that place get 4.7 on google reviews? Worth 3.5 at best. That's still above average but not by much.
