I retrieve my bike from maintenance for same issue but it seems they are not fixed… Wheel is not wobbly anymore but I believe it is still something wrong if brake pad is not touching at same time right?

Then adjust the brake callipers .??
I think there is a centering adjustment screw (~2 mm hex) on the top of the brake caliper for that.
Update: Problem solved. Luckily there was a small bike shop within .1miles, and there was a kind mechanic fixed the brake balance with hex wrench. I was completely oblivious about cantering bolt on front wheel. Lesson learned!
