
During a recent move the movers damaged the gauge on my Silca Pista Plus floor pump that I had purchased just over two years ago. I was not expecting to warranty the gauge and simply sent an email to purchase a replacement one. The woman from the sales team asked if I could send a proof of purchase, and after sending it I received a notice that a new gauge would be sent completely free of charge! I was shocked as I had even told them in the email that it was the movers that had broken it, and that the pump was already over two years old, and that they didn’t even require any photos or anything.
Yes it’s an expensive pump but I give praise to the company for its awesome warranty team!
(note: the problem with the gauge is in the internal mechanism and cannot be seen from the outside)
