Blue goo and loose circular thing in tire. Contacted the store and they said it’s just a spacer and nothing is wrong. Can anyone verify? Thank you so much in advance!

Spacer to keep bearings where they should be, all good
My hyperglide does that too.
It’s a cheaper design and a bit of a pain of mounting onto a through axle but it is how it’s supposed to be.
Yep, it’s a spacer and the blue goo is actually grease
It’s just a spacer it is normal for it to be that way when it’s not assembled when the axel
Is in place it just acts as a spacer for the bearing races
Yes it is a spacer to keep the inner bearing races in the proper place, ride on.
Yeah, all good, that won’t bear any load.
