A significant amount of Denver drivers will start screaming if you make them 5 seconds late for the red light.
That stretch of Garfield can be quite unpleasant when drivers come flying in off of Colfax. It could use speed bumps, and the entire route needs more than a single diverter.
In my state, it’s legal and recommended to sound the horn before overtaking. Nobody does it, so if you do it people will wonder what you are on about. I understand it’s different in different states.
