There are just so many readily available knock-off Paul components on the market now, I’d be reluctant to buy anything used from someone I don’t already know and trust.

I have Paul stuff. Levers and Klampers. I’ve had Paul stuff since the 1990s. I’ve seen fakes and I’ve seen real – and I can tell you this:
Do they scratch the living shit out of your bar on installation?
Probably real.
The left one looks suspicious. The right seems real. The Chinese are a crafty lot though. Paul will verify for no cost but obviously not return fakes.

Idk if it’s your picture but your v-brake lever looks off. The finish on the blade and the clamp looks different
