Based on my quick search the bottom bracket is loose? This is a cheap road bike that I bought off fb to fix and ride but now I'm not so sure I can fix it, I also haven't ridden it yet as I'm scared I could damage the frame.
Looks like the bottom bracket is missing bearings. If this is a loose cup and cone, and it isn’t too trashed, you might be able to replace the missing bearings and repack with grease. Bottom brackets are cheap enough that I would recommend replacing with something that has sealed cartridge.

If you fix it yourself you’ll need to buy a crank puller and bottom bracket tool. Both should be at your local bike shop. And if you want to do it right you’re going to have to get a bottom bracket. And knowing a little bit about those type of cranks the non drive side crank arm usually falls off on its own. May cost you 20 to $30 add the tools that’s going to be another 20 or 30 so if you really want to do it right you’re going to need to spend 50 to 60 bucks. Which probably isn’t worth putting that much money into that bike. I just had it happen on a huffy beach cruiser I got for free I already have the tools and I replace the bottom bracket with a used one that I had. Those five Big box store bikes are not worth working on. The good news is you should be able to get back on marketplace and buy an older Trek, Giant, Diamondback or specialized. Buy one of those bikes for 50 to 75 bucks and it’ll last you a lot longer than that bike will if you fix it. That is my honest opinion.

Worth noting that crankset is a very nice campagnolo centaur, this bike may be nicer than you think
