Looks to be an older model. I just started the sport a couple months ago and have a new hardtail but was thinking of having a full suspension for a trip coming up and came across this. Flat tire is the main thing I see that would need fixing but for the price it seems decent I just don’t know how far it’ll go since it seems pretty dated already. Thoughts?

It’s a decent deal for any bike, but just assume there’s gonna be a lot of repairs and a lot of maintenance that’s going to eclipse the $200 pretty quickly.
I would check the rear triangle very closely for carbon damage. You’re not going to find replacement stays for these anymore, so if they’re compromised then you’re in for either expensive carbon repair or an unrideable bike.
To be clear, if you were looking for a full suspension bike and not just a vintage bike I would suggest that in your price range you check out an Ozark Trail. The shock on this bike is likely not able to be serviced anymore. If you area beginner biker, I really do recommend looking somewhere else. Probably the Ozark Trail full suspension Bike for this price range.

I say go 4 it , down hill is fun
This is a completely different price range, but Giant still has the 2022 Stance 29 1 in XL on sale for $700 if you can fit an XL. I picked one up a week ago and super happy with it so far. Haven’t seen any deals for a new FS bike that are even close.

If the seller can’t sort a flat tyre before posting, you should just pass on this
that’s suspiciously cheap tbh.. might be stolen or have major issues. ask to meet at a bike shop so they can check it over before u buy.
