I recently bought the QUOC M3 Pro. I’m in between two sizes: EU 40 feels very tight, EU 41 feels a bit little loose and “unnatural” on foot, as attached photo
Has anyone else ridden this model and found whether the shoe breaks in or “opens up” a bit during rides? My main concern is: will the tighter size (40) become more wearable, or will the looser size (41) settle into a good fit? Would really appreciate your experience & advice.

That’s some nice looking shoes.
I don’t own these but I do own some Quoc off road shoes… I like a snug fit and even after a year plus of use, they’re still quite stiff. Not just the sole but the whole structure of the shoe remains pretty stiff. I own Shimano rc7 road shoes (in a wide size tbf) which, while the sole is carbon hard, the toe box and arch area etc are noticeably more comfy.
Tldr based on one pair, Quoc may run stiff
For this kind of money I would go to a shop for a proper measurement and advice.
I know I should not say this. I own two pairs, fucking love them for sure, they are so nice and lovable… but I wished I would have gone 1 size smaller on both. Seems it would have been easier to widen them somehow than make peace with the fact that they are loose on my feet.
