
Tried to update my email in my Canyon account from my old address to my current one – but there’s no option to do it yourself.
So I contacted support, and they told me it’s not possible due to “internal policies.” 🤦♂️
Pretty wild that in 2025 you can’t even change your own email on an account – feels downright ridiculous and 1995 to me.
I’ve been updating my email across over 200 accounts, from big to tiny companies – and Canyon is literally the only one that doesn’t let you.
Mind you, this is a company with €700–800 million in annual revenue.

so create a new account I guess.
I just went through this while switching domain names for my personal email. It’s astounding how many platforms still don’t let you change your email. I had about 130 to go through, and came across about 10.

how long did it take you, to change the email of the 200 accounts? Thinking about doing a similar switch
