Absolutely master driver not only at this "home" rally as it is called but everywhere. I wish he can participate as many rallies as he can to win his 9th championship he deserves that and much more.

I got annoyed at Seb a few times last year particularly with his shenanigans in Greece, but with drives like this its hard not to love the guy. When you think back to his VW days and the FIA changing the road sweeping rule specifically to make it harder for him cus he was winning so much….he really is a GOAT contender

So many new people discovering rally. Where are they coming from suddenly, TikTok edits? Rally used to be so niche and such a geek motorsport discipline, barely anyone I talket to was aware of it, and here we are.

I love paying attention to when her choses to blink
I don't want to sound like an old man reminiscing about the past, but the angles make it feel less immersive than the in-car footage from the golden age of WRC in the '90s and '00s.
The wide-angle camera watching from an angle on the driver doesn't give you the feeling of being right in the rally car, and the camera mounted close to the windshield makes it a bit boring as you can't see the driver driving.

the ability to PREDICT how much grip his tires have when transiting from a dry asphalt to icy wet, to the snowy ice. that accurate predictions could affect total time achieved greatly.
its like if you overestimate the grip, you might go off and stuck, if you underestimate the grip you might lost time while other drivers might went faster. that real time predictions is VITAL in rally. which usually what makes a world champion in world rally.
