My C Line 12-speed’s front inner tube might have a slow leak, as it deflates if I don’t ride for a few days. Will the tube below work? It’s what Copilot recommended when I asked.

Yes. The sizes, as displayed on the box in the photograph, do cover the Brompton sized wheel.
However, have you not tried to fix your puncture with a patch from a repair kit? You don’t have to replace an innertube for one teency-weency puncture. Repair is not a difficult task, and a properly mended tube is just as good as a new one.
