How would I go about adjusting or fixing this? the brake is super weak also. I bought the bike yesterday for 25 bucks as I cruiser bike around town. I am wanting to keep the brake as I’ll be stopping and starting. I am going to be make it visually nicer and anything that needs to be replaced I will do so.

Loosen the bolt on each brake pad. Squeeze the brake lever. Tighten the pads in place.
