Is this a good bike for $700 CAD? I am about 5'4 size wise seems to be good. This is going to be my entry bike towards the hobby, but I did used to ride a roadbike (before it got stolen).

That bike is not carbon. Seller does not say it’s carbon in the ad.
It’s pretty outdated and doesn’t look incredibly well maintained.
The amount of spacers above the stem is concerning if it’s a carbon steerer.
I would pay about $300-$400 USD if I really needed a bike. Your market may be different.
Way over asking. Try half that. I also loath when people don’t trim the street tube.
