So far I’ve upgraded:
Tyres to minion FBR and FBF
Hope brake discs and brakes.
SRAM GX eagle with an oil slick cassette &chain
Answer carbon bars
DMR death grips
Hope pro2 wheelset.
The only thing I’m currently toying with is a dropper, I really like the bike at 13kg don’t really want it to be much heavier.
Also any recommendations for a very wide mudguard?

I used to have this same bike! I miss the cupcake!
The dropper will be well worth the weight!
If that seat height is set for sitting and pedaling it looks like you would not be able to make any use from a dropper anyways. Sweet bike, being a single speeder at heart I love a good on one.
