IMO definitely yes. 5 years ago that would have been about normal but these days it’s a bargain.
I got this bike, and I use it both for road, gravel and I have abused it on MTB trails. Unforgiving and a lot of fun. Remember, a bike that works is the best bike!
It has also got bolts in the front fork for bags!
I’d just change the tyres, since the Terreno Tyres it comes with are bad because of the solid sidewall
